CVE-2026-6257
CRITICALVvveb CMS v1.0.8 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in its media management functionality where a missing return statement in the file rename handler allows authenticated attackers to rename files to blocked extensions .php or .htaccess. Attackers can exploit this logic flaw by first uploading a text file and renaming it to .htaccess to inject Apache directives that register PHP-executable MIME types, then uploading another file and renaming it to .php to execute arbitrary operating system commands as the www-data user.
CVE-2026-6249
HIGHVvveb CMS 1.0.8 contains a remote code execution vulnerability in its media upload handler that allows authenticated attackers to execute arbitrary operating system commands by uploading a PHP webshell with a .phtml extension. Attackers can bypass the extension deny-list and upload malicious files to the publicly accessible media directory, then request the file over HTTP to achieve full server compromise.
CVE-2026-40488
HIGHMagento Long Term Support (LTS) is an unofficial, community-driven project provides an alternative to the Magento Community Edition e-commerce platform with a high level of backward compatibility. Prior to version 20.17.0, the product custom option file upload in OpenMage LTS uses an incomplete blocklist (`forbidden_extensions = php, exe`) to prevent dangerous file uploads. This blocklist can be trivially bypassed by using alternative PHP-executable extensions such as `.phtml`, `.phar`, `.php3`, `.php4`, `.php5`, `.php7`, and `.pht`. Files are stored in the publicly accessible `media/custom_options/quote/` directory, which lacks server-side execution restrictions for some configurations, enabling Remote Code Execution if this directory is not explicitly denied script execution. Version 20.17.0 patches the issue.
CVE-2026-6650

CVE-2026-6518
HIGHThe CMP – Coming Soon & Maintenance Plugin by NiteoThemes plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload and remote code execution in all versions up to, and including, 4.1.16 via the `cmp_theme_update_install` AJAX action. This is due to the function only checking for the `publish_pages` capability (available to Editors and above) instead of `manage_options` (Administrators only), combined with a lack of proper validation on the user-supplied file URL and no verification of the downloaded file's content before extraction. This makes it possible for authenticated attackers, with Administrator-level access and above, to force the server to download and extract a malicious ZIP file from a remote attacker-controlled URL into a web-accessible directory (`wp-content/plugins/cmp-premium-themes/`), resulting in remote code execution. Due to the lack of a nonce for Editors, they are unable to exploit this vulnerability.
CVE-2026-40487
UNKNOWNPostiz is an AI social media scheduling tool. Prior to version 2.21.6, a file upload validation bypass allows any authenticated user to upload arbitrary HTML, SVG, or other executable file types to the server by spoofing the `Content-Type` header. The uploaded files are then served by nginx with a Content-Type derived from their original extension (`text/html`, `image/svg+xml`), enabling Stored Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) in the context of the application's origin. This can lead to session riding, account takeover, and full compromise of other users' accounts. Version 2.21.6 contains a fix.
CVE-2026-40484
UNKNOWNChurchCRM is an open-source church management system. In versions prior to 7.2.0, the database backup restore functionality extracts uploaded archive contents and copies files from the Images/ directory into the web-accessible document root using recursiveCopyDirectory(), which performs no file extension filtering. An authenticated administrator can upload a crafted backup archive containing a PHP webshell inside the Images/ directory, which is then written to a publicly accessible path and executable via HTTP requests, resulting in remote code execution as the web server user. The restore endpoint also lacks CSRF token validation, enabling exploitation through cross-site request forgery targeting an authenticated administrator. This issue has been fixed in version 7.2.0.
CVE-2026-5718
HIGHThe Drag and Drop Multiple File Upload for Contact Form 7 plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload in versions up to, and including, 1.3.9.6. This is due to insufficient file type validation that occurs when custom blacklist types are configured, which replaces the default dangerous extension denylist instead of merging with it, and the wpcf7_antiscript_file_name() sanitization function being bypassed for filenames containing non-ASCII characters. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files, such as PHP files, to the server, which can be leveraged to achieve remote code execution.
CVE-2026-6489
MEDIUMA security flaw has been discovered in QueryMine sms up to 7ab5a9ea196209611134525ffc18de25c57d9593. The attack can be launched remotely. The exploit has been released to the public and may be used for attacks. This product does not use versioning. This is why information about affected and unaffected releases are unavailable. The vendor was contacted early about this disclosure but did not respond in any way.
CVE-2026-40262
UNKNOWNNote Mark is an open-source note-taking application. In versions 0.19.1 and prior, the asset delivery handler serves uploaded files inline and relies on magic-byte detection for content type, which does not identify text-based formats such as HTML, SVG, or XHTML. These files are served with an empty Content-Type, no X-Content-Type-Options: nosniff header, and inline disposition, allowing browsers to sniff and render active content. An authenticated user can upload an HTML or SVG file containing JavaScript as a note asset, and when a victim navigates to the asset URL, the script executes under the application's origin with access to the victim's authenticated session and API actions. This issue has been fixed in version 0.19.2.
CVE-2026-33435
UNKNOWNWeblate is a web based localization tool. In versions prior to 5.17, the project backup didn't filter Git and Mercurial configuration files which could lead to remote code execution under certain circumstances. This issue has been fixed in version 5.17. If developers are unable to update immediately, they can limit the scope of the vulnerability by restricting access to the project backup, as it is only accessible to users who can create projects.
CVE-2026-1555
CRITICALThe WebStack theme for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file uploads due to missing file type validation in the io_img_upload() function in all versions up to, and including, 1.2024. CVE-2026-33704
UNKNOWNChamilo LMS is a learning management system. Prior to 1.11.38, any authenticated user (including students) can write arbitrary content to files on the server via the BigUpload endpoint. The key parameter controls the filename and the raw POST body becomes the file content. While .php extensions are filtered to .phps, the .pht extension passes through unmodified. On Apache configurations where .pht is handled as PHP, this leads to Remote Code Execution. This vulnerability is fixed in 1.11.38.
CVE-2026-32931
UNKNOWNChamilo LMS is a learning management system. Prior to 1.11.38 and 2.0.0-RC.3, an unrestricted file upload vulnerability in the exercise sound upload function allows an authenticated teacher to upload a PHP webshell by spoofing the Content-Type header to audio/mpeg. CVE-2026-3535
CRITICALThe DSGVO Google Web Fonts GDPR plugin for WordPress is vulnerable to arbitrary file upload due to missing file type validation in the `DSGVOGWPdownloadGoogleFonts()` function in all versions up to, and including, 1.1. The function is exposed via a `wp_ajax_nopriv_` hook, requiring no authentication. It fetches a user-supplied URL as a CSS file, extracts URLs from its content, and downloads those files to a publicly accessible directory without validating the file type. This makes it possible for unauthenticated attackers to upload arbitrary files including PHP webshells, leading to remote code execution. The exploit requires the site to use one of a handful of specific themes (twentyfifteen, twentyseventeen, twentysixteen, storefront, salient, or shapely).
